This policy explains what happens to your information when you use games made by Valid Games — including Tic Tac Toe. The honest summary: almost nothing happens to it, because we don't collect it.
We do not collect, track, store on our servers, share, or sell any personal data. Our games run entirely on your device. There are no ads, no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. Everything below just says this in more detail.
This Privacy Policy describes how Valid Studio LLC ("Valid Games", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile games we publish, including Tic Tac Toe (Android package com.valid.tictactoe) — together, the "Games".
By downloading or using our Games, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please don't use the Games.
Our Games are built to run fully on your device and to keep to themselves. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you, and we do not operate any servers that receive your data. We have no user database, because there are no users to put in one.
So the Game can remember your preferences between sessions, it saves a small amount of information locally on your device only, such as:
This data is kept using your device's standard local storage (for example, Android's app preferences). It never leaves your device, we cannot see or access it, and it is permanently removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data in your device settings.
For technical reasons, Android may list the "Full network access" (INTERNET) permission for our Games. This permission is added automatically by the game engine we build with (Unity); it is not used to collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. The Games are fully playable offline and do not require an internet connection.
Our Games contain no advertising and no third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking software. We do not use cookies or advertising identifiers, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not build profiles about you.
You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide any name, email address, or other contact details to play our Games. We never ask you for personal information inside the Games.
Our Games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, our Games are designed to comply with children's privacy laws — such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR's protections for children — by default.
If you are a parent or guardian and have any concern, you are welcome to contact us.
We do not share, rent, trade, or sell personal information to anyone — for advertising or for any other purpose. There is nothing to share, because we don't collect it in the first place.
Your game data stays on your own device, and we run no servers that receive it, so there is no central database for anyone to breach. Your information is protected by your device's own operating system and security settings.
Privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) give you rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port it, and to opt out of its sale.
Since we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, we have nothing on our side to access, export, correct, or erase — and we have nothing to sell or opt out of. You stay fully in control: clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game removes everything it stored locally.
You download our Games through app marketplaces such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those platforms operate independently of us and may collect their own data when you find, download, or purchase an app. That activity is governed by their policies, not ours:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new game or feature. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear here. Continuing to use the Games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
